Employment Type Full-Time

Who we are

Archilogic empowers creators with accessible building information.

Our team has been pushing the envelope in moving buildings into the information age with an end-to-end offering that combines a world-class SaaS platform and services aimed at reducing friction for our current and future customers. While our backgrounds vary between architecture, software engineering, data science, and real estate we are 100% focused as a team to make our vision a reality.

The world has witnessed an explosion of location-aware applications and experiences made possible by mapping platforms. The next explosion of innovation will happen in interior space, and Archilogic is the premier platform making that possible.

We unlock valuable data about interior space by moving it out of the domain of "experts" to make it useful and accessible for everyone. We live for the moment when our users realize that they have what it takes to innovate in interior space - without a team of architects or an army of integrators.

If you're ready to be part of the team that's taking on the building-design-software giants of yesteryear, we'd love to work with you and make it happen.

Archilogic is remote-first and globally distributed - our largest presence is in Zurich, Switzerland, with further teams and team members in the US, Europe, South America, India, and Russia.

About this role

This is not a traditional growth product management role, and we're looking for someone who is excited by that. While building products is a key competency, the person in this role will need to use product as a means of unlocking the delivery of value across all business functions. You will enjoy a lot of autonomy, and your day-to-day will be dynamic - allowing your efforts to span a truly broad, exciting, and innovative conceptual landscape.

Imagine building a location-aware app without a mapping platform to build on top of - that's the world of interior space, until now. Archilogic is a platform that makes it easy for space marketers, planners, operators, and software developers to build applications and experiences without the unnecessary complexity created in the design and construction phases of the lifecycle of a building. By delivering useful abstractions of space as highly structured data models, and disseminating that information through SDKs and APIs, we're drastically lowering the barrier to entry for innovation in the world of interior space.

This is a huge conceptual leap for many in the industry, and often times a proof-of-concept is worth a thousand words. We're looking for a product manager who will own an exciting backlog of projects that will deliver products, content, and insight across a range of functions including:

  • Growth
  • Research & development
  • Sales
  • Marketing

What success in this role looks like

  • The growth team is taking on the right projects at the right time (and sometimes even says "no" to enticing projects because it's not what's right for the business at that moment!)
  • The growth team is able to quickly translate ideas into well-defined, well-documented scopes of work with actionable project plans
  • Growth team projects are delivered, are delivered on time, and are delivered well

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the day-to-day execution of initiatives targeted at our largest potential customers with the most complex use cases
  • Working with (and helping to build out) a team that includes engineering, design, and marketing, as well as external resources as necessary
  • Using rapid prototyping and the development of proofs-of-concept to validate product hypothesis and supercharge our ability to sell our product
  • Talking to our largest potential customers regularly to learn more about their challenges and work with your design partners to achieve solutions that go beyond their expectations
  • Partnering with marketing and sales to ensure we're telling the story behind the ideas we generated, and generating ideas that help them tell the right story

What we are looking for

  • A minimum 4 years of product management experience with recent experience at a b2b SaaS company
  • Technical proficiency: You have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
  • Someone who is mission-first and understands that their success is measured by their product and team’s success
  • A strong ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects
  • Experience in planning work for assigned work streams
  • Someone who is comfortable in a startup environment

We Offer:

  • A company building philosophy focused on doing things right - we won't blitzscale ourselves into oblivion
  • An ambitious, talented, and multidisciplinary team to work with
  • The chance to be part of “moving” all buildings into the Information Age
  • 100% remote work
  • Flexible work hours
