Archilogic is remote-first and globally distributed - our largest presence is in Zurich, Switzerland, with further teams and team members in the US, Europe, South America, India, and Russia.
About this role
Archilogic has achieved category leadership with its product offering. Our inbound leads are some of the largest enterprises, but most of them find us through word of mouth. As we launch into our next stage of growth, we are hiring a sales leader to create predictable sales growth and help us reach our goals.
We're looking for a candidate with the right experience to hit the ground running while being able to prioritize efforts in order to generate maximum impact. You will find that this role gives you the opportunity to shape the future of Archilogic's sales approach, processes, and team. The VP Sales is responsible for building a high-performing sales organization, driving new customer acquisition through enterprise direct sales, retaining and upselling existing customers, and developing a repeatable and scalable sales process.
