Who we are

Archilogic empowers creators with accessible building information.

Our team has been pushing the envelope in moving buildings into the information age with an end-to-end offering that combines a world-class SaaS platform and services aimed at reducing friction for our current and future customers. While our backgrounds vary between architecture, software engineering, data science, and real estate we are 100% focused as a team to make our vision a reality.

The world has witnessed an explosion of location-aware applications and experiences made possible by mapping platforms. The next explosion of innovation will happen in interior space, and Archilogic is the premier platform making that possible.

We unlock valuable data about interior space by moving it out of the domain of "experts" to make it useful and accessible for everyone. We live for the moment when our users realize that they have what it takes to innovate in interior space - without a team of architects or an army of integrators.

If you're ready to be part of the team that's taking on the building-design-software giants of yesteryear, we'd love to work with you and make it happen.

Archilogic is remote-first and globally distributed - our largest presence is in Zurich, Switzerland, with further teams and team members in the US, Europe, South America, India, and Russia.

About this role

Archilogic has achieved category leadership with its product offering. Our inbound leads are some of the largest enterprises, but most of them find us through word of mouth. As we launch into our next stage of growth, we are hiring a sales leader to create predictable sales growth and help us reach our goals.

We're looking for a candidate with the right experience to hit the ground running while being able to prioritize efforts in order to generate maximum impact. You will find that this role gives you the opportunity to shape the future of Archilogic's sales approach, processes, and team. The VP Sales is responsible for building a high-performing sales organization, driving new customer acquisition through enterprise direct sales, retaining and upselling existing customers, and developing a repeatable and scalable sales process.

You will need to be fast, adaptable, and a self-starter to be successful. Sales at Archilogic is just getting started - this is your chance to apply your incredible skills and create opportunities.

What success in this role looks like

  • We have sales processes that drive predictable revenue and continually hit sales targets
  • Our sales team consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • You have built, developed, and retained a first-class sales team
  • The Archilogic sales experience resonates with our target customers and achieves our growth targets

What we are looking for

  • Recent success in scaling SaaS B2B sales
  • Demonstrated track record of transitioning founder-led sales into scalable, team-led operations
  • Managed successful SaaS partnership sales programs
  • A shared belief that investing in excellent processes upfront is the prerequisite for successful growth
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on being given the freedom to operate and accountability for decision-making
  • The ability to work closely with other teams in order to accelerate error correction and iterate on finding great solutions

What you'll be doing

  • Work closely with the leadership team across the business to define and achieve sales goals
  • Define sales strategy and resources we need to execute
  • Create scalable, repeatable, and measurable sales processes
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a successful and driven sales team
  • Take on more and more responsibility in leading the sales effort for large strategic accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing leader on revenue strategies and to ensure strong pipeline growth
  • Identify and measure key performance metrics and use data to drive optimization opportunities in our sales efforts
  • Report on key sales metrics and projections, team progress, and sales plan developments

We Offer:

  • A company building philosophy focused on doing things right - we won't blitzscale ourselves into oblivion
  • An ambitious, talented, and multidisciplinary team to work with
  • The chance to be part of “moving” all buildings into the Information Age
  • 100% remote work
  • Flexible work hours
